Southern Management Companies is delighted to announce Gabrielle Duvall’s promotion to President, effective September 5.
This move marks a momentous occasion for Southern, which now boasts two tenacious women leading the charge in the competitive commercial real estate arena.
Since 2006, Gabrielle has served as outside counsel and strategic advisor to Southern Management. She joined the company as General Counsel in 2017, where she developed and grew a substantial in-house legal team. During her tenure with Southern, Gabrielle has played a pivotal role in the company’s major projects. Among other key initiatives, Gabrielle was part of the leadership team that structured, negotiated and closed three successful portfolio refinancings in 2012, 2016 and 2020, and has been a trusted advisor in the strategic repositioning of Southern Management under Suzanne’s leadership. She was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2018, and has since led many initiatives, including our government relations initiatives, Human Resources, Marketing and Commercial teams.
