David Hillman Memorial

It is with great sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Founder and Chairman, David H. Hillman, after a 15-month battle with cancer. From his beginnings in property management in 1965, David grew Southern Management into what it is today, one of the nation’s largest owner-operated property management companies – a company that empowers us to be socially responsible, creative, and to make the world a better place.
