The Arundel Apartment Homes Reaches Major Milestone

Hanover, MD (November 2, 2016) A ninety-four foot steel pedestrian bridge was installed this week connecting the 5th level of the existing garage at The Hotel at Arundel Preserve in Hanover Maryland with the 4th floor of The Arundel.

The Arundel, a 233 unit, 15-story ultra-luxury apartment home community currently under construction is scheduled to open next summer and will offer a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment homes and will be managed by Southern Management Corporation. This will be Southern’s third apartment home community in the Arundel Preserve development joining The Residences and The Palisades.
